1. Do you ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country worldwide.
However, due to shipping restrictions, we currently do not ship to:
- Bahamas
- Yemen
- Cuba
- Iran
- Sudan
- Syria
We are continuously working to expand our shipping coverage.
2. How much does shipping cost?
- Free Shipping on orders over $69.99 USD
- Premium Shipping: $6 USD
- Express Shipping: starting from $29.99 USD
During promotional periods, we may offer site-wide free shipping.
Notes:
- Free shipping over $69.99 applies only to regular-priced items (excluding free items).
- Free products require a $18 USD shipping fee, which includes processing, shipping, and customs costs.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination.
We always aim to keep shipping fees as low as possible.
3. How long does delivery take?
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
(excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances)

4. Wrong shipping information
If incorrect shipping details were entered, please contact us within 2 hours.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address
5. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided.

6. Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
For some handmade products shipped from remote regions, there may be a delay in tracking updates.
- It may take 3–5 days for the package to reach the international shipping center
- During this time, tracking information may not be updated
Once scanned at the international hub, tracking will update normally.
7. What if my package doesn’t arrive?
If your package has not arrived within 60 days after shipping:
- We will either resend your order
- Or provide a full refund
